Agentic AI

Agentic AI refers to AI systems designed to take autonomous, multi-step actions in pursuit of a goal, such as looking up information, updating a record, and sending a follow-up message, rather than simply responding to a single prompt. Unlike a basic chatbot, an agentic system can plan a sequence of actions and use external tools or data sources to complete a task.
